Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your Blessed Catholic treasures. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return, please review the details below.

Order Cancellations

Our fulfillment team moves fast to get your order to you as quickly as possible—often within minutes of purchase!

Because of this speed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been submitted, even if you email us immediately.

  • If we catch it in time: We will happily cancel and refund you in full.

  • If it has already entered the shipping stream: We are unable to stop the shipment. In this case, you are welcome to return the package once it arrives, subject to the Standard Return Policy below (including return shipping costs).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives perfectly. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blessedcatholic.com

Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, scents, or use.

  • Restocking Fee: To cover the cost of inspecting, re-folding, and re-packaging items for the next family, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We want your package to arrive safely!

  • Lost Packages: Blessed Catholic is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the item only, minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized and custom-made items are Final Sale. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your spelling and details before checking out!

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us at returns@blessedcatholic.com for approval and instructions before sending your package back.

  • Please wait for our reply with the correct return address.

  • Note: Packages sent back without prior email approval may not be accepted or refunded as they may be sent to the wrong warehouse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
